WARRANTY

3‐Year Warranty：
The warranty period for electrical components is (3) years from the date of original purchase. 
Products include lamp bead of car light spare parts, accessories of car light such as bracket.
2‐Year Warranty：
The warranty period is (2) years from the date of original purchase.
Products include wiring harness, switches, other accessories such as mirrors, RV adapter, trailer adapter and appearance of car light.

Situations not covered by the Warranty:
1.Damage due to improper installation, unauthorized maintenance, improper use, abuse, negligence, missing parts and/or modifications.
2.Damaged packaging, accidental damage or collision.
3.Lost or damaged products due to natural disasters.
4.Damage caused by exposure to chemical contaminants and corrosive agents.
 
Return Policy
In order to provide superior customer service of our products, we will issue a refund for any product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. But the product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.

Cancelling policy
We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1, For in stock orders, please contact us within 12 hours after the payment.
2, For customized orders, such as change address, gift package or other special requirement, please contact us within 24 hours after the payment.
3, Orders can't be canceled once the parcels are dispatched or the extensions are being customized.
